It took months to plan and a week to construct, but when it was all finished, it almost looked like a tent was added to enclose some old standing barn walls.

We were working with a bare patch of acreage owned by the bride’s father. No kitchen, no hotel staff, no parking lot, no electricity, no water. Yet on a wintry day in December, guests arrived to what appeared to be a century-old barn in the middle of a field.

It was perfect.
